Breaks a Solana transaction's pre-execution cost into its five components and prices it under the fee schedule in force and under SIMD-0553. It runs the real Agave cost model compiled to WebAssembly, so nothing is reimplemented and no transaction data leaves your browser except to the RPC endpoint you choose.
